The Jump-X System works hand-in-hand with plyometric platforms to add a dynamic element to plyometric training. The plyo-platforms are designed for contrast training, or resistance loaded and unloaded exercises. This allows the muscles to adapt to the loaded exercise and then apply the learned movement to the unloaded exercise.
