Take plyometric and jump training to the next level with the Jump-X cord system. Athletes can perform agility drills with added resistance. This helps build stability by forcing athletes to utilize more core and stabilizer muscles while they perform the drills.  Additionally, the system can be used to build the vertical jump by adding resistance to any stationary jumping drill.

The Lift-X cord line allows for athletes to add measurable, progressive resistance to traditional lifts such as dead lift, squat, bench and power clean. The cords come in five resistances adding anywhere from 5 to 50 lbs of dynamic resistance. The cords work hand-in-hand with the Trak-X system for easy attachment and detachment to lifting platforms and racks.

Lower Body Systems

360-X Lower Body System

This system targets the lower body. The 360-X belts have connection points at the hips, allowing for resistance without putting stress on the lower back and hips. The Speed-X handles can be used to hold an athlete while connected at the bled or used as grips for upper body strength movements.

Add an anchor point to a wall with Wall Mount or Trak-X.

Elite-X 360 add-on

Add the Elite-X 360 add-on for more versatility from the 360-X lower body system.

These devices allow you to increase the number of connection sites in order to target specific muscle groups and movements.

The Elite-X 360 add-on can also be used for upper body training, with biceps and wrist wraps.

Hip-X 360 System

The Hip-X 360 system includes a soft, durable wrap with a connection point that allows for360 degrees of movement, making it easy to transition from exercise to exercise. Linked with an X-Plode cord, the Hip-X 360 add resistance to any hip movement. This is perfect for training the often under  developed hip muscles.
