The plyometric zone focuses on quick movements, explosive speed and building a higher vertical jump.  With contrast training, you can teach athletes to move faster and jump higher by reinforcing movements with loaded/unloaded drills to promote muscle memory.

Plyometric Platforms

Trak-X and X-Plode cords used in conjunction with the plyometric platforms add a new dimension to the variety of agility and jumping drills you can do.  The plyo-platforms are designed for contrast training, or resistance loaded and unloaded exercises. This allows the muscles to adapt to the loaded exercises and then apply the "learned" movement to the unloaded exercise. This reinforces the movement and muscle exertion needed to perform powerful movements.
