allows space for out-and-back drills, room for athletic movements and agility training.

X-Plode Cords, Trainers and Systems

X-Plode cords come in a variety of resistances and lengths for multiple training drills including running, jumping, and agility. One end of the cord has a quick-connect piece to easily attached to the wall mounts in the functional training area. The other end can connect to a belt, handle or wrap for lower- and upper-body resistance exercises.

 

Wall Mount and Trak-X

Crafted metal wall mounts securely attached to the walls in the functional training area serve as anchors for X-Plode Cords. These can be placed at any level for different exercise options.

Trak-X strips can be placed along walls for a variety of heights in one station.

Athletes can quickly circuit from station to station performing out-and-back, upper-body, lower-body and core exercises.
